Why we exist
The same institutions that overlook women often have the worst records on mining ethics and climate accountability. These aren't separate problems.
People often ask us for a single percentage that captures the gender gap in aerospace. We won't publish one, because no figure we could stand behind exists in a citable, current, sector-wide form. Inventing one would make us exactly the kind of organisation the Accountability Index is built to rank. What is documented, in the United Nations’ own words, is who pays for the supply chain underneath the launch economy.
We exist to change both: by building the pipeline ourselves, and by holding the industry accountable for what it takes from the Earth.

Where the money goes
A place at a camp costs €340. That's the whole pitch.
That covers travel, meals, a sensor kit the camper keeps, a background-checked instructor, and twelve months of follow-up contact from a named person. We publish what we spend and what it produces, including the years our numbers fell short.
If a programme cannot show what changed for the people in it, it is marketing. We would rather run fewer things and be able to prove them.
Get involved without waiting for permission
Mentor for an hour a month. Host an Academy module. Nominate a fellow. Or take our curriculum and run it yourself, it is openly licensed, and we would rather it spread than stay ours.
