What we actually need, and for how long
Mentor with Launchpad
One hour a month, six months
You need eight years in aerospace or an adjacent field, and a willingness to be honest about how your own promotions actually happened. We train and safeguard every mentor.
Teach on a STEM Ignite camp
One week, plus a half-day of training
Soldering, sensors, soil samples, and the patience to let a fifteen-year-old get it wrong first. Background check required, arranged and paid for by us.
Host an Academy module
Eight weeks, alongside a university partner
For departments and companies who can teach materials, environmental review, or supply chain from real practice rather than slides.
Nominate or host a Fellow
Twelve months, with a named internal sponsor
A real portfolio and a real budget line. If you cannot offer both, we would rather you told us now than in month three.
Run the curriculum yourself
Yours to keep
The Academy material is openly licensed. Take it, translate it, run it under your own name. Tell us how it went if you want; you are not required to.

Our partnership process includes an ethics vetting stage. Organizations are screened for gender discrimination records, environmental harm records, and human rights violations. If your organization is a potential subject of the Accountability Index, partnership does not exempt you from ranking.
