Annual report

The year, in figures we are willing to be held to.

One report, published every year, covering reach, follow-up, money, reserves, environmental cost, and failure. Same structure every year, so you can compare us against ourselves.

Publication status

EOSYN Space publishes its annual report within six months of the financial year end, alongside the statutory filing required of a registered non-profit in Belgium. The first full report is in preparation and will be posted here as an accessible HTML page and a tagged PDF, both free to read, with no email wall.

We are not going to put a fabricated document on this page in the meantime. The figures we already stand behind are published live on the impact page and the transparency report, and they are the same figures the report will use.

If a number in a published report turns out to be wrong, we correct it on the page, date the correction, and leave the original visible. Quiet edits are how trust is spent.

EOSYN Space reporting commitment

What every report contains

  • Programme reach and follow-up

Participants by programme and country, and — the part most organisations omit — where they were twelve months later. Reach without follow-up is a photograph, not a result.

  • Money in

Every income source above €5,000, named. Restricted versus unrestricted. Any funding refused, and why.

  • Money out

Spend by programme, cost per participant, and the proportion that reaches participants rather than overhead. Salaries by band.

  • Reserves and risk

Months of operating reserve held, the reserves policy, and the risks the board formally recorded.

  • Environmental account

Travel, events, hosting, and the carbon cost of this website measured against our 0.2g CO₂ per page budget.

  • What did not work

Programmes that underperformed, partnerships that ended, and corrections issued to previously published figures.

Requesting the underlying data

Journalists, researchers, funders, and participants can request the underlying data behind any figure we publish. Write to hello@eosynspace.org and say which figure. We respond within fifteen working days, and we send the methodology with it.

Personal data is never included. Participant outcomes are reported in aggregate only, as set out in our privacy notice.
