- Free online courses, openly licensed, hosted with 18 university partners

STEM Ignite Camps
Ages 10–14 · 1 week residential
Girls build and launch rockets, read satellite imagery, and run soil experiments.

- Residential, led entirely by women scientists, with 12 months of follow-up

Mid-career · 12 months
Ready to push on sustainability and policy — not just technical career growth.
