Our Programmes
If you are a girl, a mentor, a parent, or a partner, there is a programme here for you. Four programmes make up one pipeline, from a 10 year old’s first rocket to a mid-career leader pushing policy change.

Mining & Climate Academy
All ages · Self-paced
Because every satellite starts as a mine.

- Free online courses, openly licensed, hosted with 4 university partners

STEM Ignite Camps
Ages 10–14 · 1 week residential
Girls build and launch rockets, read satellite imagery, and run soil experiments.

- Residential, led entirely by women scientists, with 12 months of follow-up

Mid-career · 12 months
For women ready to push on sustainability and policy, not just technical career growth.
