Women in Space Leadership Fellowship

If you are a mid-career aerospace professional ready to push on sustainability and policy, this fellowship is for you. It runs for 12 months. Fellows work on real policy challenges, contribute to EOSYN Space research, and join a network of women leading change across the aerospace sector.

Each fellow holds a real portfolio with a real budget line. This is not a shadowing arrangement. Each placement has a named sponsor inside the host organisation who is accountable for the outcome. We publish the placement outcomes, including the ones that did not convert.

• Sustainability and environmental accountability in aerospace supply chains
• Policy advocacy for gender equity and environmental review standards
• Research and publication on industry accountability
• Leadership development for systemic change

• 5+ years of professional experience in aerospace, space policy, environmental science, or a related field
• Commitment to the 12-month programme (minimum 4 hours per month)
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and equity
• Willingness to contribute to published research
