Women in Space Leadership Fellowship

The Women in Space Leadership Fellowship is a 12-month programme for mid-career aerospace professionals who are ready to push on sustainability and policy — not just technical career growth. Fellows work on real policy challenges, contribute to EOSYN Space research, and join a network of women leading change across the aerospace sector.

Each fellow holds a real portfolio with a real budget line — not a shadowing arrangement — and each placement has a named sponsor inside the host organisation who is accountable for the outcome. We publish the placement outcomes, including the ones that did not convert.

• Sustainability and environmental accountability in aerospace supply chains
• Policy advocacy for gender equity and environmental review standards
• Research and publication on industry accountability
• Leadership development for systemic change

• 5+ years of professional experience in aerospace, space policy, environmental science, or a related field
• Commitment to the 12-month programme (minimum 4 hours per month)
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and equity
• Willingness to contribute to published research
