A sensor board and components for one camper to build and keep.

Programmes are free to participants, travel included. Cost is not a filter we are willing to run, so it has to be a cost someone else covers.

EOSYN Space — cost policy

Donor Ethics and Acceptance Policy

EOSYN Space cannot accept donations from sources that contradict its mission. An organisation holding the aerospace industry accountable for environmental and gender records cannot quietly accept funding from companies with poor records in those areas.

  • All institutional donations are screened against our mission before acceptance.
  • Donations from organisations with gender discrimination, environmental harm, or human rights violation records are declined.
  • No donor has editorial input over research, the Accountability Index, or programme content — this is non-negotiable.
  • Anonymous donations above €1,000 are not accepted.
  • No single donor represents more than 20% of annual revenue. If that threshold is crossed, it is disclosed as a risk.
  • Institutional donors above €5,000 are listed by name in our transparency report.
  • Declined donations are disclosed by count and reason category in our transparency report.

Give by bank transfer

For larger gifts, or if you would rather not use a card form, email hello@eosynspace.org and we will send transfer details and a receipt for EOSYN Space VZW/ASBL. There is no minimum and no follow-up call unless you ask for one.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell, rent or share donor details. Ever, to anyone.
  • We do not phone donors to upgrade a gift.
  • We decline funding where a donor’s core business conflicts with our accountability work and they will not engage with it.
