Partners

We are easy to work with and difficult to buy.

18 universities and a growing list of companies and agencies host our programmes. Here is what that involves before you write to us.

What partnership looks like

  • Universities host Academy modules and camps, and place Fellows. You provide space, lab access and a named academic lead; we provide curriculum, instructors, safeguarding and evaluation.
  • Companies and suppliers provide mentors, Fellowship placements with a real budget line, and — where relevant — honest answers about supply chains that our Academy participants can study.
  • Agencies and public bodies host Fellows in policy and programme roles, and publish the leadership representation data we ask for.
  • Funders get itemised reporting, including the outcomes that underperformed. We do not write a glossy annual report.

Our conditions

  • Partners are named publicly in our transparency report, without exception.
  • No partner reviews or approves our research before publication. Not a courtesy read, not a heads-up call.
  • We will not describe a partnership as an endorsement of a partner's environmental record, and we will say so plainly if that record is poor.
  • Programmes stay free to participants. A partner cannot fund a place and then request that it be filled by someone in particular.

Start the conversation

Tell us what you have in mind. We answer within five working days, and we will tell you plainly if it is not a fit.

What are you proposing, and what would success look like to you?
